Our mission at Lifetree Pilates is to provide a safe and serene environment offering individuals the opportunity to develop their own physical and intellectual abilities through the practice of Pilates.

We are proud to offer high quality Pilates instruction in a fully equipped Pilates studio featuring Balanced Body Equipment to residents of Chatham, Kinderhook, Ghent, and the surrounding areas.

Enjoy a calming, invigorating Pilates session in a spacious, soothing and clean environment. We offer private instruction (single and small groups), group equipment classes and virtual mat classes on Zoom.  Honored to be in our 15th year of service to the area promoting health and wellness through the power of Pilates.
